Support
All resource pupils are class based and receive support in a variety of formats. They may be supported individually in class, or they may receive paired or individual work in the resource base. The frequency and quantity of support is based on individual needs. Maximum support would be for approximately half the pupil’s timetable. Pupils who have a dual sensory impairment in conjunction with other complex needs have a 1:1 LSA (learning support assistant) provided, to facilitate their communication and curriculum needs.
